Job Title Pediatric Home Health Marketing Representative Reports To Regional Marketing Manager FLSA Status Exempt Job Overview The Home Health Marketing Representative is a qualified healthcare professional that performs public relations activities and develops working relationships with physicians and referral sources. The Home Health Marketing Representative will develop a working relationship with area physicians, case managers and other interested parties for the benefit of THERAPY 2000 and its’ patients, working in conjunction with the Regional Marketing Manager. Essential Functions Develop good working relationship between THERAPY 2000 and area physicians and other referral sources. Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources, such as physician offices, hospitals, and other pediatric community contacts. Make office visits to area physicians and referral sources as needed to enhance this relationship and facilitate smooth processes for the benefit of THERAPY 2000 and its’ patients. Enhance and develop THERAPY 2000’s public relations profile and brand awareness within the pediatric community. Develop a "physician profile", which will list relevant information about physicians who order care for THERAPY 2000 patients. Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source. Meets minimum administrative standards: Documents the minimum expectation of sales calls daily in CRM (including pre and post call notes). Maintains a complete, up-to-date record of targeted referral sources in territory in CRM. Attends community events to promote Therapy 2000. Communicate as needed with appropriate physician and referral source office staff to enhance overall communication with these offices to assist the intake process. Communicate as needed with physicians or their designated clinical staff to enhance clinical communication between these physicians and THERAPY 2000 clinical staff. Work with division wide stakeholders to meet division goals and budgets. Adheres to all rules, regulations, code of ethics, guidelines and codes in federal, state and local laws which are concerned with the delivery of home based therapy services. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent administrative communication and organizational skills. Working knowledge of standard (MS Windows) software applications required. Experience working within a CRM and EMR platforms. Knowledge of Medicaid / Medicare services preferred. Experience in marketing or sales in a healthcare/medical environment.
