Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)
$38 - $45 per hourCorcept Therapeutics
Corcept Therapeutics seeks a contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage interview scheduling, candidate logistics, and recruitment operations. The role involves coordinating with hiring teams and candidates across multiple time zones while maintaining high-volume processing in a fast-paced biotech environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate interviews, travel arrangements, and logistics with functional teams
- Manage candidate talent pools and pipelines within Greenhouse
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support the full recruiting lifecycle
- Post job requisitions and build evaluation scorecards in Greenhouse
- Process recruiting documents including offers, new hire lists, and vendor contracts
Requirements
- 1-3 years of coordination experience
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
- Experience in biotech or life science industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High emotional intelligence and discretion with confidential information
- Ability to coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
Compensation: $38-$45 per hour
