Spa Front Desk Agent - Spa

Job Title Spa Front Desk Agent Responsibilities Greet all guests, answer phone calls, and assist with questions about spa services and products. Book, change, and cancel spa appointments and check guests into the computer system while charging for services performed. Support the full guest experience from check‑in to departure, adhering to Hard Rock and Forbes guest service standards. Open and close the spa daily according to Standard Operating Procedures. Provide detailed descriptions of spa/salon treatments, packages, services, retail products, facility features, and hours of operation. Use spa computers with skill and proficiency, maintaining a front desk bank. Promote the salon, spa, treatments, services, sessions, retail items, and any available programs, promotions, or discounts. Maintain eye contact and address both external and internal guests respectfully. Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously, providing accurate and timely responses. Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well‑organized work area. Work independently at the assigned post for extended periods and without constant direct supervision. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment. Attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings. Assist in all areas of salon and spa operations as requested by management. Notify management of any incidents involving staff or guests that require assistance. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of front‑desk experience. Computer skills, POS, and cash handling experience is a plus. Detail‑oriented with the ability to multi‑task. Efficient and productive in a fast‑paced environment. Enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills. Basic math and money handling skills.
