ABOUT THE ROLE Lenders, title companies, and escrow offices in Wyoming rely on trained notary signing agents to close loans quickly and correctly. You will guide borrowers in Lander through refinance, purchase, HELOC, reverse mortgage, and seller packages, notarize the required documents, and return the completed package by the deadline.

KEY DUTIES Conduct mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in Lander and surrounding areas. Verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required. Walk borrowers through their loan package and make sure every signature, date, and initial is completed. Accurately complete notarial certificates and keep a complete notary journal and log. Return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline. Ensure compliance with Wyoming and federal notary laws and regulations. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents. Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.
