As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties Make warm calls to potential customers to introduce our loan packages Utilize inside sales techniques to qualify leads and transfer to our Mortgage Loan Officers. Develop and maintain a strong understanding Demonstrate technical sales skills, staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends. Utilize technology sales strategies to effectively communicate with customers. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to success. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. Learn and apply new software and technologies to optimize sales processes. Experience Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred. Proven track record of success in a sales environment, with a focus on generating leads Fluency in English is essential. Skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phone. Proficiency in using technology sales strategies to engage customers.
