Crew Leader

Responsibilities Perform, lead, and supervise station duties as assigned to meet operational standards. Assist with new employee orientation and training. Adhere to compliance of the drive‑in restaurant employee handbook, policies, and practices. Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties pursuant to operational standards. Assist with inventory as needed. Reinforce a customer‑service mentality and ensure all employees focus on serving customers at all times. Respond immediately and respectfully to guest requests. Report customer or employee complaints/issues to Manager on Duty. Requirements Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid State Driver License. General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations. Minimum of six months of restaurant experience (QSR preferred) or retail experience. Effective communication skills; basic math, reading, and computer skills. Ability to follow directions and work independently once given directions; ability to multi‑task and solve problems. Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards at SONIC. Additional Qualifications Friendly and smiling face enjoys providing courteous food service to guests.
