Litigation Paralegal

The Mercaldo Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team in Tucson. For more than 30 years, our firm has represented individuals and families in complex medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, trucking, and personal injury cases throughout Arizona. This position offers the opportunity to work on significant, high-value litigation matters from inception through resolution. Our paralegals are an integral part of the litigation team and work directly with attorneys on all aspects of case preparation, discovery, expert coordination, trial preparation, and case management. Responsibilities Draft and prepare pleadings, disclosures, discovery, and other litigation documents Manage case files and litigation deadlines Coordinate depositions, mediations, and expert witness matters Review and organize medical records and case documents Conduct legal and factual research Assist attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom support Communicate with clients, experts, healthcare providers, and opposing counsel Qualifications Prior litigation experience required Personal injury, wrongful death, or medical malpractice experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment Professionalism, attention to detail, and strong work ethic Paralegal certificate or degree preferred Significant performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off and holidays Long-term growth opportunities within an established plaintiff litigation firm The Mercaldo Law Firm is committed to providing exceptional representation to our clients while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
