Corporate Associate – Public Companies & Securities Day Pitney's Corporate & Business Law Department is seeking a highly motivated associate with 3–4 years of corporate, securities and transactional experience to join our growing team in either our Parsippany, New Jersey or Boston, Massachusetts office. Candidates should have demonstrated experience, or a strong interest, in advising public companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including public company disclosure obligations, capital markets offerings, SEC filing and compliance requirements, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional matters. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with industry experts in a collaborative, sophisticated, and team-oriented environment. To support both, the firm offers a hybrid work environment that provides attorneys the ability to work remotely two days per week.
