Corporate Associate - Private Equity Investment Management/Funds

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate specializing in Private Equity and Investment Management to join their team in Parsippany, NJ. The position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing remote work two days per week. Duties Draft sophisticated investment management and fund-related documents. Advise investment managers on regulatory compliance obligations. Negotiate and document strategic joint ventures and financings. Represent family offices and institutional investors. Requirements 3-6 years of investment management and private fund formation experience. Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration. Effective problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently. Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Experience with investment management and sub-advisory agreements. Proficiency in preparing private placement memoranda and related documents. Ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
