Soft skills:

• Great verbal and non-verbal comm, presentation skills, translating tech to non-tech people

Nice to have:

• Backend experience (Java, C#/.NET, Python)

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to consult and lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level mobile applications built with React, TypeScript, and React Native or Ionic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating with Microsoft applications and be comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives. This role is approximately 70% focused on solution design, documentation, and team collaboration, and 30% hands-on development and developer guidance.


Key Responsibilities

• Architect and enhance solutions that utilize React-based mobile frameworks (React Native or Ionic) with back-end APIs
• Lead technical whiteboarding and solution design sessions, producing documentation that guides development teams
• Ensure mobile solutions seamlessly integrate with ERP systems, legacy platforms, and Microsoft applications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power BI)
• Design and guide SSO and identity integrations (e.g., Entra ID) using OAuth2, SAML, and OpenID Connect
• Collaborate across departments to ensure solutions meet business needs, scalability, and security standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices
• Align solutions with modern DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native deployment strategies
• Stay current with advancements in React, Ionic Framework, and plugin ecosystems (e.g., Capacitor)
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including data privacy and security regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience developing and deploying mobile applications with React, TypeScript, React Native, or Ionic
• Strong understanding of API architecture and implementation using RESTful services
• Demonstrated experience integrating with Microsoft platforms such as Dynamics 365, Power BI, and other third-party apps
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and database design/optimization
• Comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including executives
• At least 5-6 years designing and implementing service-oriented architecture (SOA) or microservices
• Familiar with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with identity management and SSO protocols
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills
• Experience with Java, C#/.NET, or Python is preferred
• Understanding of secure coding practices, token-based authentication, and encryption is preferred
