Corporate Associate (Venture Capital & M&A) – New York Vacancy: Corporate Associate (Venture Capital & M&A) Experience: 2 to 4 years Firm: Top 40 Am Law Firm Location: New York City We are working with a leading international law firm that is seeking a Corporate Associate with 2-4 years of law firm experience specializing in Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions to join its New York office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
