• Patient Population:
  • Adult
  • Geriatric
• EMR: Meditech

Common Patient Diagnoses

• Heart Failure
• Diabetes Mellitus (DM)

• Hip replacements
• Knee replacements

Floating

• May float to other departments caring for the same patient population
