As a Real Estate Showing Agent, you’ll tour properties with buyers, help them explore their options, and develop the communication and relationship-building skills that successful agents use every day.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+

Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings for potential buyers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, fostering trust and rapport.
• Provide insightful feedback to the lead agent on client interactions and property showings.
• Assist clients in exploring various property options, offering guidance and support throughout their decision-making process.
• Maintain a detailed schedule of showings, ensuring punctuality and preparedness for each appointment.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and engagement.
• Follow up with potential buyers post-showing to address any questions and reinforce interest in properties viewed.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License Needed.

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.

• Proven track record of punctuality and reliability in managing appointments.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain a detailed schedule of property showings.

• Ability to provide insightful feedback and collaborate with team members.

• Comfortable using technology and real estate software to enhance client interactions.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies for client satisfaction and engagement.
