What You’ll Do Lead and support month‑end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records. Prepare financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions. Partner with operational teams to provide accounting insights and support company initiatives. Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and process improvements. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
