Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for an upscale fast-casual restaurant in Litchfield Park, AZ. This vibrant property boasts an elevated menu, craft cocktails, and an inviting atmosphere. In this role, you will support all facets of restaurant operations, foster an upbeat, family-like environment, and lead and mentor the team.

Compensation & Benefits : $60,000 - $65,000 (negotiable) + competitive annual bonus, PTO, dining discounts, and more!

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in upscale or Fast-casual restaurant operations.
• Proven track record managing high-volume front-of-house (FOH) teams and service execution.
• Strong expertise in guest relations and tableside service standards.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and inspire a diverse service team.
• Advanced financial acumen, including deep experience with labor optimization, beverage cost controls, and P&L management.
• Polished, professional presence with excellent communication skills for seamless guest, vendor, and ownership relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless, high-touch guest experiences and flawless service execution.
• Lead, recruit, and develop the floor management team and hourly service staff, cultivating a culture of hospitality excellence.
• Maintain uncompromising standards for food presentation, beverage service, steps of service, and ambient dining environments.
• Cultivate strong guest loyalty by actively engaging on the floor, handling complaints gracefully, and managing VIP relations.
• Manage operational budgets, labor models, and beverage programs to maximize profitability and hit financial targets.
• Champion the restaurant's identity and brand vision, collaborating closely with the culinary team to align kitchen output with service excellence.
