Product Manager Lead

Product Manager Lead – Digital Workplace & AI Enablement Capital Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager Lead to drive our Digital Workplace and AI Enablement strategy. Responsibilities Partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve how work gets done. Lead the delivery and adoption of Microsoft tools, including Copilot, to enhance productivity and user experience. Translate Digital Workplace strategy into actionable product plans and execution for the team. Apply strong product management discipline, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes. Directly manage and develop a team of Product Managers, ensuring strong execution and impact. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a related field. At least 6 years of product management experience, including leading initiatives and developing others. Clear and effective communication skills, influencing both technical and business stakeholders. Experience managing or mentoring individuals and driving team outcomes. Intellectual curiosity about AI and motivation to apply tools such as Microsoft Copilot. Organized, results-oriented, and comfortable managing complex initiatives end-to-end. Strong relationship‑building across stakeholders and functions. Data‑driven decision making with continuous improvement mindset. Deep experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms, especially Copilot. Compensation & Benefits Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273 – $286,837. Individual annual performance bonus. Capital’s annual profitability bonus. Retirement plan with Capital contributing 15% of eligible earnings. Competitive benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.).
