We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to master the cornerstone of real estate success, communication, while earning rewarding commissions. In this environment, you will learn to speak with buyers and sellers, follow proven conversation frameworks, handle objections, and set real appointments that support consistent production. The focus is on building structure, credibility, and confidence through daily repetition, coaching, and real-time feedback.

You will learn to generate conversations, qualify opportunities, and nurture relationships tied to active listings and market activity. Working alongside experienced real estate agents, you will continue to develop your delivery, strengthen your presence in client interactions, and build habits that lead to consistent performance.

With coaching, clear systems, and a strong path for growth, you will continue to learn to build momentum through communication and grow into a confident listing agent over time.

Responsibilities

• Database and CRM mastery
• Sales scripts

• Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients
• Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met
• Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer's agent
• Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
• Enter inbound leads and past clients' current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information

Qualifications

• A real estate license is required in order to work with clients
• This opportunity is structured for professionals operating in a self-employed capacity
• Sales experience

• Real estate license required
• +1 year of experience generating real estate leads
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
• Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred
