MTO C4- Personal Shopper

Position MTO Pick C4 Personal Shopper is responsible for packing grocery items and other goods, scanning items for order completion, and ensuring the customer’s goods are well protected. This role does not require previous experience. Responsibilities Packs the grocery items and other goods, making sure that fragile items are protected Processing (picking + scanning + packing) Safe Food Practices specific to department Assist in housekeeping of the department Maintain excellent safety, quality, cleanliness, and productivity standards within the distribution warehouse Audit product for quality Maintain a team player mentality by assisting others when the need arises Must be able to lift 50 pounds In a workday: standing/walking 6-10 hours or more Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling Work requires bending, twisting, squatting and reaching Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals, loud noises, flashing lights Constant exposure to temperatures: Ability to work in a wet and cold environment Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery Ability to work in other areas of the business as needed Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture Education and Qualifications Note: The hourly range for this role is from $16.50 to $16.50.
