Location 6922 S Mingo Rd, Tulsa, OK 74133-3216, United States Position Summary Develops and supports membership services, ensuring customers receive comprehensive information about membership benefits, products, and services. Handles membership processing, upgrades, credit accounts, and participates in sales and marketing initiatives to achieve membership goals. Responsibilities Develop and support membership by providing information on membership benefits, promoting value of company products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working to meet membership goals. Maintain facility safety by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines: conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; adhering to steel standard guidelines; reporting and correcting unsafe situations. Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services while complying with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, and applying the Open Door Policy.
