Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions and needs, developing personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Administer therapeutic interventions in both aquatic and land settings, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring optimal recovery and care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, exercises, and injury prevention to encourage active participation in their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss patient progress, share insights, and adapt treatment approaches for complex cases.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from pre and post-surgical procedures, athletes with sports-related injuries, and patients dealing with chronic pain or lower-level neurological issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
