If you’re looking for a place where your career and quality of life can thrive, Aultman Hospital is the place to be.Key Responsibilities:Patient Load: Average of 16.82 patients per day.Admissions: Typically handle one admission per day, with a full-time swing shift physician covering most daytime admissions.Procedures: Closed ICU. No procedures required. Ultrasound available for POCUS, which is reimbursed per procedure as an additional income opportunity.Team Structure: Work within a strong, collaborative team that includes: 9 Physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners rounding daily. A Medical Director onsite. An RN Executive Director. 2 RN Care Coordinators. 2 Administrative Assistants.Meetings # Events: Brief 15-minute daily huddle M-F to discuss census, care needs, etc. Division meetings every 6-8 weeks to discuss group performance, challenges, and initiatives. An annual offsite event for team socialization and group discussion.
