Position Summar

yWe are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and support operational excellence. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement, overseeing new product introductions, managing engineering projects, and developing a high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for process improvement
