What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the sales department
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals
• Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools preferred
