About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Platform Engineering to take on a pivotal role in leading the technical direction, execution, and growth of the engineering organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling the team from its current size to over 100 engineers within the next 18 to 24 months, while maintaining a high standard of technical excellence and a strong, bar-raising culture. This leadership position demands a hands-on approach, with the VP expected to be deeply involved in the code, making architectural decisions, and ensuring the team is equipped to meet the technical challenges of the business. The role also involves close collaboration with the CTO, product, and founding team to align engineering with the company's strategic goals.
