Key Responsibilities

Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents
Maintain cleanliness of leasing office, clubhouse, and common areas
Ensure daily upkeep of interior and exterior community spaces
Operate carpet cleaning equipment as needed
Manage custodial supply inventory and maintain equipment
Clean work areas, tools, and equipment after use
Provide timely and courteous service to residents and team members
Follow OSHA and EPA standards and comply with all Fair Housing regulations

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Minimum2 years of related experience preferred
Bilingual helpful but not required
Ability to walk the property regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals and mechanical equipment
