Job Description Summary OhioHealth is looking to hire a Product Manager to shape and strategically grow our products. The role involves driving vision, strategy, business requirements, roadmap, and delivering key product outcomes for a specific product. The Product Manager will partner with engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, operations, clinicians, and other IT functions to build solutions that deliver value for the organization and our consumers. Responsibilities Drive vision, strategy, business requirements, roadmap and deliver key product outcomes for a specific product. Partner with engineering and other IT functions, UX, analytics, marketing, operations, clinicians to build solutions that deliver value. Gather and build requirements, create and prioritize backlogs. Navigate roadblocks to keep teams working. Leverage market data and customer feedback to inform and guide future product/feature development. Break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development. Participate in research and testing to understand customer pain points and identify improvement opportunities, serving as the customer advocate. Use product analytics to understand usage and guide decisions on future improvements and optimizations. Proactively manage and monitor product and operational risks (regulatory, security, operational) to prevent or mitigate risks. Monitor and manage product schedules, scope, and budget to deliver as scheduled. Coordinate across various functions, ensuring groups outside the core product team are included in the journey. Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO). Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent practical experience). 3-5 years of Product Management experience. Experience driving elements of the product lifecycle including vision, go‑to‑market strategy, requirements, and product launch. Experience managing immediate teams, influencing schedules, facilitating team meetings, and driving conversations. Proven ability to facilitate team meetings and drive conversations with efficiency. Knowledge of product management, engineering, UX/UI, operations, finance, or marketing. Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong communication and storytelling skills at all levels. Experience leading in an agile environment. Preferred Qualifications Degree in a technology or business‑related field. Experience managing day‑to‑day technical and design direction. Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, including release plans. Experience influencing decision‑making at all levels within an organization. Ability to encourage, empower, and support a team to get things done. Ability to connect dots and people across the organization to coordinate forward movement of the product. Thrives in ambiguity while guiding the team toward a clear path forward. Experience with digital products and agile environments. Work Shift & Hours Day scheduled. Weekly hours: 40.
