Save Energy Company (Petaluma) is an established and growing company! We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Superstar Sales Representative! A high-energy driven individual who will meet with homeowners and assist them with their home improvement needs with a polite demeanor!  This is not just a job but a career opportunity! We are looking for a long-term person – someone who is looking for a place to call “home.” Referrals from satisfied homeowners average 40%. We beat the competition on products, value, and service. Expect a close rate of about 45%.

THE “PROFILE” OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Our selling process focuses on the homeowners needs. We are NOT looking for high pressure individuals to work for us. We want an individual who is willing to learn and follow a proven selling system. We have found that our customers want to buy but they do not want to be “sold.” The candidate we select will be someone who asks questions, listens to the homeowner, determines their needs, offers options for them to choose from and closes the deal.

Follow up and follow through is the key to success in our business. If you sell like a consultant with an honest trustworthy nature and care about helping the homeowner beautify their homes, contact us ASAP!

Our customers love us!
