Job Title: Project Lead

Type: 6 Months Contract to Start

Location: St. Louis, MO

Description:

Owns end-to-end delivery of assigned M&A integration workstreams, coordinating the technical team and serving as the primary point of contact for the client's Senior Project Manager.

Reports to: Engagement / Program Director

Key Responsibilities:

Own the integration schedule for assigned acquisitions, from kickoff through hypercare close
Coordinate standups across network, desktop, collaboration, IAM, and service desk workstreams
Serve as primary escalation point for vendor (Granite/Pellera) delivery risks and cross-team blockers.
Report status, risks, and dependencies to client stakeholders and internal leadership
Maintain the integration runbook/checklist and keep workstream owners aligned to it
Manage resource allocation across dedicated team members and the delivery bench
Lead go-live readiness reviews and post-go-live retrospectives

Required Qualifications:

8+ years leading multi-site IT infrastructure or M&A integration projects
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams (network, desktop, collaboration, security)
Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and project tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
Experience specifically with M&A, carve-out, or divestiture IT integrations
