Job description: Physical Therapy Monday/Wednesday/Friday Overview : This is a part-time, hourly position with the opportunity to transition to full-time and salaried. You will be taking over my current physical therapist’s schedule which is already nearly full. Join our multi-disciplinary team of providers at Elevation Chiropractic and Wellness Broomfield! Tired of seeing 4 patients an hour? Want more one on one interaction with clients? Good! My physical therapist use one hour appointment times with a single patient per hour to provide custom rehabilitation plans and educate patients on: proper lifting techniques, injury prevention, pain modulation, and home exercise programs. Our patient population is an exciting mix of athletes returning to play, post-surgical rehab programs, and personal injury cases. Responsibilities: Assess patients’ physical conditions by evaluating their mobility, strength, and functional limitations using comprehensive physiology and anatomy knowledge Design and implement custom treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular reeducation, and therapeutic activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment plans and ensure seamless transitions of care for patients after acute or chronic injuries Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to meet evolving needs while maintaining timely documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) systems consistent with the standard practices for insurance and personal injury cases Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and community resources to support ongoing health and mobility Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Skills and Requirements: Degree required: either a Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy Hold an active Physical Therapy license in the state of Colorado Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology essential for accurate assessments and effective treatment planning Proven ability to accurately manage time, including running efficient and timely patient visits Experience or willingness to learn how to capture patient notes using an EMR system, especially in relation to car accident/ personal injury cases Experience in dry needling a plus Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across diverse populations Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while demonstrating initiative in managing complex cases involving care plans for various conditions Job Type: Part-time 401(k) with company matching Continuing education credit reimbursements Malpractice coverage Opportunities for advancement from part-time to full-time Paid time off, sick leave, and holiday pay Referral program Work Location: In person at our Broomfield Clinic! #J-18808-Ljbffr Elevation Chiropractic & Wellness Broomfield
