Marketing & Communications AnalystThe Marketing & Communications Analyst supports the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for ITT Flow Technologies (a division of ITT) brands. This role is responsible for campaign planning and execution, lead generation, content development, and event/tradeshow management. Working closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs), the Analyst ensures alignment between marketing initiatives and business growth objectives.Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, this role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth across key markets.Essential ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & ExecutionSupport the development and implementation of marketing strategies for industrial brands under ITT Flow TechnologiesExecute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channelsAlign messaging with brand positioning, value propositions, and market prioritiesContribute insights and recommendations to optimize marketing performance and ROICampaign & Lead GenerationPlan, build, and execute lead generation campaigns using platforms such as HubSpotDevelop and manage email marketing workflows, landing pages, and nurturing sequencesMonitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insightsPartner with sales teams to ensure leads are effectively qualified and handed offTradeshow & Event ManagementCoordinate participation in industry tradeshows, conferences, and customer eventsManage event logistics including vendor coordination, materials, booth planning, and staffingDevelop pre- and post-event marketing plans to maximize engagement and lead captureTrack event ROI and prepare post-event performance reportsContent Development & CommunicationsCollaborate with SMEs to create technical and commercial content including case studies, blogs, white papers, and presentationsSupport internal and external communications initiativesEnsure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channelsAssist in the development of sales enablement materialsData, Reporting & AnalyticsTrack, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (campaigns, digital channels, events)Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, CRM systems, and marketing automation toolsProvide regular insights to support strategic decision-makingCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and relevanceMaintain consistent communication to support campaign execution and content creationContribute to strategic planning under direction of the Senior Marketing & Communications ManagerInnovation & Continuous ImprovementLeverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, personalization, and campaign effectivenessIdentify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and marketing impactStay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practicesPosition RequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial or technical environmentsExperience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) in a business contextStrong analytical, organizational, and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, industrial technologies, or flow/processing industriesKnowledge of CRM systems and lead lifecycle managementBasic understanding of SEO/SEM and digital marketing best practicesExperience supporting tradeshows or large-scale eventsExposure to AI tools for marketing content creation, analytics, or automationKey CompetenciesData-driven mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messagingCollaborative and proactive approach to cross-functional teamworkAdaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhy Join UsOpportunity to work on innovative industrial brands within a global marketExposure to strategic marketing initiatives and leadershipCollaborative, growth-oriented environmentAbility to drive measurable business impact through marketingEqual Pay Act StatementWe aim to pay our 'ITT'ers' fairly and competitively in the locations that they live and work.
