Qualifications * Active New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification required. * Current resume required. * In-person interview required. * Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital experience preferred. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent customer service and compassionate bedside manner. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team. * Familiarity with medical equipment and documentation systems. * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
