Level1-2 helpdesk, Windows, Office 365, troubleshooting, break/fix, hardware setup, Active Directory Join a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) where no two days are the same! We're looking for a customer-focused Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support to a variety of business clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys working directly with end users in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Provide Level 1 & 2 desktop and help desk support for Windows environments Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions in Active Directory Configure, image, deploy, and repair desktops and laptops Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues efficiently What We're Looking For: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Outlook troubleshooting Active Directory user administration experience Hardware setup, imaging, and break/fix support experience Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills Previous MSP experience is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Top Prospect Group
