Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Overview Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance. Full time, 80‑hour day shifts. Responsibilities Provide healthcare services using radionuclides, performing a wide variety of nuclear medicine procedures, processing data, and producing images for interpretation by licensed practitioners. Required Qualifications Completion of an AMA approved radiologic technologist training program. National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NCTNB) or National Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine Technology. California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification. National Provider BLS (American Heart Association). Minimum of 6 months experience during the last year, or at least 2 years full‑time experience with no more than one year absence from nuclear medicine. Preferred Qualifications One year experience in nuclear medicine (not required for recent graduates of an approved program).
