RBT Needed | $19-$24/Hour | Automatic Raises | Ongoing Support

Hidden Talents ABA is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician to work with children on the autism spectrum. Sessions take place in homes, schools, and community settings depending on the case.

Day to day you'll be running ABA programs, taking data, supporting kids with communication and daily living skills, and working alongside BCBAs and families. We keep caseloads manageable and our BCBAs are accessible when you need them.

You need to have

• An active RBT certification

• At least 6 months of ABA experience working directly with clients

• A high school diploma or GED

• A valid license and reliable car

Here's what you get

• $19-$24/hr based on experience

• A $0.50 raise every 6 months, no cap
