We Care Staffing

Job Description

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Charge Nurse, the RN provides safe, efficient, and courteous nursing care to patients using proper procedures. Mayers Memorial Hospital District may modify duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Active California RN license in good standing
Current CPR certification

Responsibilities & Competencies:

Demonstrates professional behavior on and off duty
Works collaboratively with all staff levels
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
Maintains positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff
Organized, manages time effectively, and meets deadlines
