Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic & Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end design initiatives across multiple channels-including digital, print, video, and social media. The ideal candidate blends strategic marketing principles with functional user experience (UX) design to create visually compelling, goal-driven creative assets while collaborating smoothly with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Creative Execution: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality collateral across digital, social, video, and traditional print platforms.
• UX & Interactive Design: Apply user-centered design principles to build intuitive, engaging interactive experiences and digital campaigns.
• Brand & Marketing Alignment: Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines, core marketing/advertising strategies, and project objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with copywriters, marketing leads, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to bring campaigns from concept to execution.
• Project & Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently delivering refined deliverables in fast-paced environments.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional design experience in marketing, advertising, or digital design (including at least 4 years in an agency or in-house team setting).
• Portfolio: A comprehensive design portfolio demonstrating strong creative execution across Video, Print, Digital, and Social channels.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and Microsoft Office.
• Core Design Expertise: In-depth knowledge of advertising principles, graphic design fundamentals, user experience (UX), and interactive design.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with a collaborative mindset and a strong track record of meeting tight deadlines.
