LOCATION: Santa Barbara County. Full-time.

Mobilehome community seeking two managers. On-site housing provided and paid for by park.

The ideal candidates would be a couple, as the housing provided is shared.

Personal Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees in a managerial setting or small business setting.
• Excellent customer service, conflict resolution, and written/verbal communication.
• Consistent policy & rule enforcement.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Benefits

• Compensation: $45,000 to $50,000 per manager ($90,000 to $100,000 per manager pair). Salary.
• On-site housing and utilities paid for by park.

Desired Work Experience

• Vendor management.
• Processing bills.
• Experience managing a mobile home park or residential property preferred.
• Experience with landscape maintenance or construction, building systems, or project management preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite & running an office.
• Customer service.

Responsibilities: Shared

• Supervise staff.
• Oversee operations for a Mobliehome community.
• Ensure adherence to community rules and local/state regulations.
• Occasional weekends.

Responsibilities: Office

• Oversee the entire rent collection process including billing and processing of payments.
• Account payable processing including reviewing and approving invoices and sending them to the corporate office for payment.
• Maintain accurate files and stay compliant with state and local laws.
• Responsible for new resident screening.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries.

Responsibilities: Maintenance & Facilities

• Supervise maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular property and site inspections.
• Schedule maintenance, landscaping, and vendor work using a work order system.
• Troubleshoot difficult maintenance projects with staff.
