SLP - LTC needed asap Speech therapists develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive and communication abilities, and to decrease aspirations. Communication treatment plans may include techniques that not only help the individual to be better understood, but also to help them better understand others. 2 years SLP experience - Required TX License or compact - Required Please note: we do not need references at time of submission
