Duties/Responsibilities Coordinate the recruitment, selection, and placement of permanent and temporary staff Monitor requisitions for budget approval against post control Analyze market for manpower trends and facilitate recruitment strategies accordingly Attend recruitment functions Effectively communicate with applicants, department directors, supervisors, staff members and outside entities Prepare and place recruitment advertisements, documents, costs, and results Coordinate both internal and external job postings Review and track resumes and applications Screen applications against job description and qualifications, conduct screening interview, and coordinate interviews with department directors Ensure regulatory guidelines are followed in all recruitment activities Coordinate job offers Coordinate utilization of agency-supplied temporary staff Required Skills/Abilities Bachelor's degree in related field required Minimum 1 year of hospital recruitment experience desired Workday experience preferred Knowledge of current federal regulations affecting the employment process needed Requires excellent analytical abilities and strong organizational skills Must have excellent customer service skills ATS management experience required, preferably Workday.
