We are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative to act as the central point of contact within a fast-paced rental equipment company branch in Des Moines, IA. The ISR will manage rentals from quote through delivery while supporting both customers and internal operations.

This role is best suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented go-getter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines and a desire to grow in their sales or operations career long-term.

Position Offers

• Up to $35/hr depending on experience. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, recommending equipment and service solutions

• Support billing processes including pricing, fuel charges, and invoicing accuracy

• Process rental quotes, reservations, and contracts accurately and efficiently

• Coordinate equipment availability, dispatch, and delivery logistics to job sites

• Manage customer expectations regarding timelines, availability, and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

• Solid computer skills with comfort in data entry, pricing, and billing

• Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer-friendly demeanor
