Seeking a dedicated mental health professional to provide school-based psychological services for the 2026–2027 academic year. This contract position supports students in Houston-area locations, focusing on assessment, intervention, and consultation for student success. The role is ideal for licensed school psychologists looking for a full-time, on-site opportunity.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas School Psychologist credential or licensure (must be provided at application)
• Prior experience working within a school setting is essential
• Commitment to a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) for the entirety of the school year
• Ability to work onsite; remote work is not available
• Reliable transportation to assigned campuses
• Willingness and ability to complete required fingerprinting promptly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized plans and interventions
• Provide direct and consultative services to support student learning and emotional well-being
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives that foster inclusive, safe, and supportive environments
• Maintain accurate documentation as required by state and local guidelines
• Engage in regular team meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary collaboration
