Temp-to-Hire Opportunity | $28–$30 per hour (Non-Commission Role)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Associate to join a growing medical device company . This role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting sales operations, with a strong emphasis on ERP systems, order accuracy, and customer communication .

You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless order processing, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting both internal sales teams and external customers throughout the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a dministrative support , including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
• Act as a primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal sales teams , ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Process, track, and manage customer orders, and order status inquiries in alignment with company procedures
• Perform precise data entry and order management within ERP systems . The client uses Fishbowl ERP so if you have that even better!
• Ensure order accuracy, pricing validation, and documentation compliance in accordance with medical device industry standards
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email , resolving inquiries and escalating issues as needed
• Support the Sales Support Manager and Territory Managers with operational and administrative needs
• Assist with inventory coordination, and order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to achieving sales performance goals for house accounts and distribution partners

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or order management , preferably within medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (required) for order entry, tracking, and reporting
• High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail , particularly in high-volume environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Direct experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) strongly preferred. Experience with Fishbowl ERP even better!
• Familiarity with order processing workflows, inventory systems, and CRM tools
