Job Details: Job Location: 707 - Asheville The Radical Hotel - Asheville, NC 28801, Position Type: Full Time, The Vibe What You’ll Do Greet guests and set the tone the second they sit down Walk people through the drink and food menu with real enthusiasm, not a script Take and deliver orders accurately, and keep the pace moving during the rush Suggest add-ons and specials in a way that feels helpful, not pushy Keep tables, the bar area, and your section clean and guest-ready Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to keep timing tight Handle payments and closeouts accurately Jump in wherever the team needs a hand, this crew moves together Qualifications: What We’re Looking For A genuinely warm, high-energy personality, this matters more than years of experience Serving experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right attitude Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Available evenings and weekends, that’s when the magic happens Able to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol Why You’ll Want to Stay The CrewA tight-knit team that actually has each other’s backs during a rush.
