At Velour, we encourage clients to explore our collective of injectors to discover the provider best suited for them. Our advanced clinical MDs, PAs, NPs, and RNs offer tailored, results-driven treatments including Neurotoxins, Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers, PRP, PRF, and Medical Grade Chemical Peels. Position Overview: The Operations & Brand Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of Velour’s Aspen location while serving as a local representative of the Velour brand. This role works closely with on-site providers and partners with the New York-based Operations and Marketing teams to support clinical operations, inventory, client experience, and local brand development. Our Aspen location currently operates seasonally with limited provider availability; this is a flexible, part-time role that combines operational support with local relationship building and brand coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, hospitality-minded, and comfortable representing a growing luxury aesthetic brand within the Aspen community.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage inventory, supplies, shipments, and operational needs for the Aspen location

● Prepare the location and treatment rooms and support providers and clients during appointments

● Serve as the on-site liaison between Aspen providers and Velour’s New York-based Operations,gram.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for client interaction, internal collaboration, and clear documentation.
• Analytical Skills to track operational efficiency, interpret client feedback, and support data-informed decisions.
• Brand Strategy and Brand Management capabilities to align local initiatives with Velour’s overall positioning.
• Experience with Branding to maintain consistent visual and verbal identity across in-clinic and digital materials.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Customer service experience, ideally in healthcare, aesthetics, or hospitality settings.
• Comfort with basic office software and digital tools; experience with scheduling or CRM systems is a plus.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Client Experience, and Marketing teams
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners and identify opportunities to grow Velour’s presence in Aspen
• Partner with Marketing on local partnerships, events, social media content, and promotional opportunities

Qualifications:

● Prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, client experience, or operations

● Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

● Highly proactive and comfortable working independently

● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

● Comfortable representing a luxury brand in both client-facing and community-facing settings

● Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and follow-through
