We are looking for a positive self-motivated dock associate that is willing to cross-train in multiple areas. This is an hourly position that is responsible for servicing Dillard's Department Stores. A pre-employment background check and drug test are required before hiring. Roles & Responsibilities Able to work at a constant pace in a fast-pace environment Basic written and verbal communication Works well as a team member or independently Ability to cross-train Required Skills Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hrs. Lift an average of 45 lbs. Be able to bend, twist, and reach over heads Able to use a stepping stool #J-18808-Ljbffr
