Senior Vice President of Global Sales (Miami)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Axe Compute is seeking an SVP, Sales to lead and scale the company's enterprise sales organization as Axe's pipeline and logo count grow rapidly. This is a comprehensive commercial leadership role spanning direct sales, channel and reseller management, pricing strategy, sales engineering, and go-to-market execution.

• Mandate: Own enterprise revenue generation, sales team leadership, channel strategy, and go-to-market execution.
• Scope: Sales team hiring and management, sales engineering, channel and reseller management, commission and compensation strategy, pricing and promotion, trade show and conference strategy, sales training, KPI/OKR management.
• Key Outcomes: A scaled, process-driven sales organization, healthy direct and channel pipeline, disciplined pricing, and a sales team operating against clear, measurable targets.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Sales Team Leadership & Hiring

• Build and lead the enterprise sales organization, hiring account executives and sales engineers as needed to support technical, complex deal cycles.
• Set territory/vertical/market/segment and dedicated account structure, and manage performance across the team.

Compensation & Commission Strategy

• Own the sales commission plan and broader compensation strategy, in partnership with the President and Finance, to align incentives with revenue and margin goals.

Channel & Reseller Management

• Manage third-party referral agents, resellers, and channel partners, including partner onboarding, enablement, and performance management.
• Develop and execute channel strategy to expand Axe's reach beyond direct sales.

Pricing & Promotion

• Own pricing strategy and promotional structure for Axe's products and services, in partnership with the Supply Team and the President.
• Ensure pricing discipline across complex, large-dollar enterprise deals.

Go-to-Market & Industry Presence

• Own trade show and conference strategy, determining where Axe shows up in the market and how.
• Represent Axe at key industry events and in strategic client relationships.

Sales Training & Enablement

• Design and deliver ongoing sales training programs to build technical fluency and consistent selling methodology across the team.

Sales Operations & KPI Management

• Create and manage the sales organization against a defined set of KPIs and OKRs, establishing CRM discipline and pipeline reporting.
• Address current gaps in rep-level visibility and conversion tracking as the team scales.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years in enterprise sales leadership, ideally in cloud infrastructure, data center, GPU/AI compute, or related technology sectors.
• Track record of scaling a sales organization (from revenue of $1B to $10B per year), including direct and channel/reseller motions.
• Experience owning pricing strategy, commission plans, and sales compensation design.
• Experience managing third-party referral agents or reseller relationships.
• Strong executive presence, with experience presenting to boards or investors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Existing relationships in the AI/GPU infrastructure, hyperscaler, or neocloud ecosystem.
• Experience building or managing a sales engineering function.
• Experience in a public company sales leadership role.
• International experience, especially with Asian markets.
