Litigation Support Associate

Document Management Specialist

In a deadline-driven environment, physical and electronic document management includes electronic uploads and download of files, scanning multiple documents, large volume printing, shipping & packaging of hard copy transcripts. Additionally, e-Discovery work flow often includes receiving, storing, connecting, and client drives for the team to be able to remote in and work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create professional copies of court transcripts and exhibits
• Assemble and package legal files for shipment
• Hard copy & e-mail exhibit management
• Coordinate with other departments to retrieve documents in a timely manner
• Establishing and maintaining quality control to ensure work accuracy.
• Organize and maintain existing hard copy exhibits based on retention policies
• Connect hard drives timely to an assigned computer based on e-discovery protocol when needed

Job Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Computer and Data Entry skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Working knowledge of computers or a demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn and adapt new applications

Schedule/Locations:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
• In Office: Los Angeles, CA
