Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen management and daily operations
• Supervise and lead a large team of 16+ staff members
• Control inventory and manage budgets effectively
• Provide training and development for kitchen staff
• Maintain excellent customer relations
• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English to support bilingual environment

• 2+ years of experience in culinary management
