Dental CAD / CAM Design Technician

We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the position of CAD/CAM Designer to join our ADL Dental Lab team in Louisville, KY. *Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.* Our Company has the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k), vacation and holidays Flexible working hours Career advancement opportunities Investments in the latest technology Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics Responsibilities: Design dental CAD framework, full contour crowns, bridges, veneers, and diagnostic wax ups Read, interpret, and design dental restorations to client's specifications by using a dental CAD software program Digital Model design Digital printing Electronic tracking of cases Other duties as assigned or otherwise required Qualifications Proficient in 3Shape and/or Exocad designing software Proficient in dental anatomy and terminology Ability to meet tight deadlines, while consistently producing quality restorations Excellent computer skills, communication and problem-solving skills Detail oriented to identify sub-standard work and diplomatically communicate for corrections Ability to read handwritten English ability to read and understand laboratory slips/laboratory terminology Basic computer skills to effectively communicate through internal software systems and Microsoft Office products.
