This flexible position combines both VOCO (virtual) and onsite service delivery, allowing you to be a vital support for students’ physical development and progress within the school setting.

You’ll enjoy the chance to provide tailored care and collaborate as part of a passionate, multidisciplinary team, while benefiting from a part-time schedule of 3–5 hours per week.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Confident conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, and documenting services in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Comfortable providing both direct and consultative services, virtually and in person
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to contribute effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including participation in IEP meetings

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and direct therapy for K–12 students with varied needs
• Deliver services with a 1 hr. direct : 0.5 hr. indirect time ratio, following DPI guidelines
• Consult with educators, families, and school staff to promote student safety, mobility, and success in school settings
• Complete documentation, progress notes, and regulatory paperwork with accuracy and timeliness
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate to shape treatment goals and strategies
• Engage in ongoing communication with stakeholders to maximize student outcomes
